This 27,175 SF project consists of demolition to the existing space, including retrofit and seismic upgrades to a 1961 Type V-B 3-story structure and 2-story structure; the two structures are interconnected at the interior. The project also features a refresh of exterior building skin. All work was performed while the first level retail space was occupied.
