Project consists of demolition of an existing one-story building with a basement, to feature a new 15,200 SF three-story concrete retail and office building. A portion of the existing historical facade was kept and integrated with the new construction. With tremendous pedestrian and vehicle traffic on University Avenue, and adjacent buildings tight to the property lines on the east and west sides, the only site access was a small alley to the north.
