This 235,000 SF project consists of tenant improvement to five levels of the six stories at Building D, first floor of the adjacent Building C, and a Central Utility Plant. The project consists of new lab spaces, office space, collaboration spaces, executive briefing center and client experience center. The project also features a full cafeteria on the first floor of Building D. Work includes all infrastructure to connect both new tenant improvements to the Central Utility Plant located between the two new spaces.
