City of Watsonville Civic Center

This project includes the construction management of a four story 150,000 SF Civic Office building for Griffin Development. Building is steel framed, lath and plaster exterior with punched opening windows. Tenant improvements include City Hall, City Library, the City Hall parking garage, and County Courthouse.
