Firehouse Square Apartments

Project consisting of demolition to a vacant firehouse building with the historic façade retained and incorporated into the exterior design of the apartment complex. The project features 96,835 SF construction of one 4-story wood framed (Type V-A) multifamily rental development consisting of 66 units over a single level below-grade concrete parking garage housing 47 vehicles. The residential community includes 18 studios, 12 one-bedroom units, 19 two-bedroom units, and 17 three-bedroom units. The project also includes a lobby, laundry room, community room, two property management offices, a resident services office within an extra amenity space programmed for adult classes, and an afterschool space for youth ages five to twelve years old. Finally, the development features an outdoor playground and approximately 458 SF of publicly accessible open space.
