This 45,000 SF design/build tenant improvement for a new frozen dough manufacturing facility features cooler boxes, refrigeration equipment, production area, and office space. This is a two phase project, where cooler boxes and office areas have been turned over and the production area including production line and refrigeration equipment is currently being coordinated with vendors from across the country in America, Italy and France.
