Project consists of tenant improvement within a 6-story building for Hewlett Packard’s new headquarters. The 200,000 SF space features a CEO/executive floor on the 6th floor, with an executive briefing center with a dedicated cafeteria on the 4th floor. The 1st floor includes a media recording studio and innovation showcase space along with a Starbucks coffee station. This building serves as the new home for Hewlett Packard’s CEO and executive staff for the Bay Area.
