Design/build project consisting of demolition to multiple existing structures and the construction of three new 6-story, steel framed high rises over a 3-level below grade parking structure. Project features core and warm shell offices, along with retail space total approximately 1,200,000 SF. The site features two large plazas between the buildings consisting of 16 terraces including an open air bridge connecting the third levels of two of the buildings.
