1,176,000 SF project consisting of three 8-story structural steel/precast concrete panel office towers, two steel frame retail structures and two 4-story concrete parking structures with parking for 1,840 cars. Extensive sitework and offsite improvements were also included in this phase of the project along with 340,000 SF office tenant improvements on sixteen floors within two existing 8-story buildings for Siemens.
