Tahoe Maritime Museum

This project includes a 6,000 SF 2-story steel frame building with wood infill, wood siding and metal standing seem roof. This project houses the collection of wooden boats and celebrates the maritime history of Lake Tahoe. Challenges include saturated site conditions, an aggressive construction schedule, and tight project space conditions along with the difficulty of building at Lake Tahoe through a winter.
