    Stanford Freidenrich Center Palo Alto, CA Project consists of the complete demolition of the existing structure and the construction of a new 3-story, 30,000 SF poured-in-place concrete structure with a combination of glass, metal panel, screening elements and limestone façade. The 1.4 acre site includes an entry patio with a fountain, permeable interlocking pavers, bio-retention areas, planting and site concrete work. The first floor provides an OSHPD-3 certified space for clinical research including a customized space for pediatric research. The second and third floors have work space for researchers and conference rooms for interdisciplinary research teams.     East Palo Alto Corporate Center East Palo Alto, CA This project features a 206,000 SF tenant improvement within a 4-story warm shell consisting of office and software lab functions, cafeteria and espresso bar, and training rooms. Interior design features many specialty finishes with focus on acoustical performance and employee collaboration spaces. The architecture takes advantage of a large central atrium with a 6,000 SF skylight, 4-story stair structure, and outdoor patios at top floor. Office space is primarily open plan with exposed systems, and specialty lighting and acoustical panels throughout.     Vi Living Palo Alto, CA This project includes a 1,000,000 SF construction of a nine-building retirement community consisting of 388 customized independent living units which consisted of seven four story buildings with post tension decks; one wood-framed, two-story building with 62 assisted living units; and one wood-framed, one-story skill nursing facility with 44 units along with an 181,000 SF underground parking lot and back-of-house and state-of-the-art amenity spaces. Exteriors of stone and stucco coordinate with lush landscaping that features walking paths, seating areas and several beauty spots for socializing and quiet contemplation. This project also included a care center. The interior includes a fitness center, an array of dining venues including a café and kitchen and an indoor swimming pool. The four-story independent living buildings and the one and two story care center sit on a 22.3 acre site. This was an OSHPD project.   • Napa Logistics Building 4

    Napa Logistics Building 4 American Canyon, CA This 702,541 SF project consists of a concrete tilt-up shell building with tenant improvements and redesign of the east side of the building to accommodate construction of a rail spur. The building includes 8” unreinforced SOG with dowel baskets at all control joints, concrete tilt-up panels with a 40’ clear height to bottom of truss, loading docks, ESFR fire system, panelized roof system with rigid insulation, as well as, TPO roofing and decorative entries. Tenant improvement includes a full height insulated demising wall, 3,000 SF of office buildout, added dock levelers and rail doors, cooling system to maintain temperature between 60-62 degrees, and design-build MEP and fire sprinklers. The site is approximately 37.2 acres and includes grading and paving, along with underground utilities and ties in to existing utilities, bioswales, landscaping and the added rail spur.     Tannery Artist Lofts Santa Cruz, CA This 180,000 SF project consists of two 4-story apartment buildings built on a concrete podium with parking below. Project features 100 live/work apartments with 10’-0” ceilings on the lower floors and vaulted ceilings on the top floors. The buildings are designed to be compatible to the existing architecture as well as the historical elements that surround the site.
