    SCU Steve Schott Stadium Santa Clara, CA NCAA Division I baseball stadium comprised of ball field and approximately 20,000 SF of building space. The playing field, which measures 400 feet to center field, uses a slit-sand system for drainage. Both chair backs and bleachers are provided to accommodate 1,500 spectators. Locker rooms, showers, and a trainer's area make up both the home and visiting team locker buildings. In addition, the home team locker room features a team room equipped for live game feeds, team meetings, and press conferences. The VIP building houses both a luxury box and a press box.   • Berkeley Commons

    Berkeley Commons Berkeley, CA This 799,578 SF project consists of two 3-story steel buildings with an attached 5-story parking garage, located on the Aquatic Park in Berkeley; the core/shell buildings are prepped for lab/life science tenants. The building roofs are comprised of over 40,000 SF of green roof area, as well as rooftop solar panels to achieve a net zero energy use for the core/shell. The façade consists of curtain wall with bird safe glass, terra cotta panels and fins, and metal paneling. Site improvements feature a communal elevated deck area between the buildings, as well as a new bike path and roadway along Bolivar Drive. The project will receive a LEED Gold rating.     Aruba Networks Santa Clara, CA This 235,000 SF project consists of tenant improvement to five levels of the six stories at Building D, first floor of the adjacent Building C, and a Central Utility Plant. The project consists of new lab spaces, office space, collaboration spaces, executive briefing center and client experience center. The project also features a full cafeteria on the first floor of Building D. Work includes all infrastructure to connect both new tenant improvements to the Central Utility Plant located between the two new spaces.     550 High Street Palo Alto, CA This design/build mixed-use building is located in downtown Palo Alto, CA. The project consists of a 4-story above grade cast-in-place concrete and structural steel building totaling 26,870 SF and includes a 3-story basement parking garage totaling 25,800 SF. The fourth floor features a 4,850 SF high-end residential penthouse with a 1,330 SF outdoor patio/terrace area. The basement is constructed using a soldier beam and tieback shoring system with underpinning of adjacent structures. The exterior skin of the building includes insulated glass systems, laminated glass systems, decorative aluminum elements, mechanically anchored large format limestone, smooth plaster, and lighting elements. The project also consists of finished restroom cores, lobbies in the basement parking garage, and a lobby at the ground floor.     Gateway Family Housing Menlo Park, CA 160,716 SF project consisting of 140 residential units in a Type VA fully sprinklered building, with associated common areas and on grade parking within a 4-acre site. The building features 3-4 story wood-framed buildings comprised of 66 one-bedroom units, 50 two-bedroom units and 24 three-bedroom units; one of the two-bedroom units is reserved for an on-site manager. Parking includes 177 surface parking spaces, which consists of 15 handicap spaces and 14 EV charging spaces. Site work features new asphalt parking areas, concrete plaza areas, pathways, bioswales and plantings, and relocation of utilities within the existing frontage road.   • Alviso Street Garage

    Alviso Street Garage Santa Clara, CA 125,000 SF design/build 4-level post-tensioned long-span cast-in-place parking garage providing a total of 383 stalls. The garage features electric vehicle charging stations, vehicle monitoring system, self-service pay station kiosks, emergency phone stations, security cameras on all levels, and preparations for a future roof-top photovoltaic system. The exterior finishes tie the building to the main campus which include tex-cote textured paint, two stair towers framed with light gauge steel, a stucco finish and clay tile roofs. Site improvements consist of underground utilities, storm drain system, bio-retention pond, Public Park, concrete and decomposed granite walking paths.     625-685 Clyde Mountain View, CA This project features the demolition of a 4-building campus with new construction of 385,000 SF Class A office space. The new space consists of two 6-story post-tension concrete structures with glass curtain wall and GFRC skin. The buildings also feature round concrete columns and upturned beams/caps hidden under a raised access floor system to create a fully flat underside of deck. The project includes offsite improvements, as well as 8.85 acres of site work; it also consists of a new 5-level and a new 6-level parking structure totaling 320,000 SF, featuring precast skin, glass elevator enclosures, and PV panels at the roof.     Prologis Sage Point 8 Reno, NV Mass grading and site improvements on 12.5 acres with construction of a 259,740 SF, 32’ clear height, shell concrete tilt-up building, with a fire pump house including two diesel fired generators. Project includes tenant improvements for Continental Tire, for tire storage to 30’ throughout a fully racked and lighted warehouse, 4,000 SF of office improvements, (26) dock positions with electrically operated dock equipment, either forklift battery charging stations, and a fully fenced site with automatic gates and a guardhouse.   • Mountain View Campus Cafe

    Mountain View Campus Cafe Mountain View, CA This project includes an 8,500 SF Café with authentic Japanese design elements, such as private dining rooms with recessed floors and shoji screen doors, tatami mat seating areas, and fabric wall panels. Other high-end finishes include stone tile floors, hand-painted wall tiles, wood slat ceilings, custom banquettes, and numerous other custom wood elements. Exterior improvements feature an updated patio area with built-in wood benches, a new fountain, cedar perimeter fence, and new Japanese gate structures. The Café was built inside an occupied building and completed successfully on an extremely tight seven week schedule, requiring double- and triple-shifts for the full duration.
