    Jazz Pharmaceuticals - 3170 Porter Palo Alto, CA The core and shell scope of the project included demolition of existing building with excavation for underground parking, construction of 96,000 SF 2-story office core and shell. This project consists of a 98,000 SF tenant improvement within a new 2-story core/shell building constructed by Devcon. The project features multiple breakrooms, private and open offices, conference rooms, a telepresence room, IDF/MDF rooms and a high-end breakroom with a unique “pyramid” wood ceiling. Additionally, the project includes installation of an FM-200 fire suppression system in a file document storage room. The main lobby includes terrazzo tile flooring & a video array wall.     Elco Yards Redwood City, CA Demolition of four city blocks to construct four new buildings with below grade parking and a restaurant plaza. The project development includes 715,000 SF of life science space consisting of one 4-story CIP concrete building over 2-level below grade parking and two 4-story CIP concrete buildings over a common 2-level garage. One 4-story steel building over 3-level below grade parking provides 260,000 SF of commercial space with a childcare facility. The site includes a 5,000 SF wood/steel framed restaurant and plaza. The building facades are composed of brick on precast panels, glass, and metal panels and include pavilion and terrace architectural features. The project site scope includes six blocks of public infrastructure improvements, two pedestrian bridges, and site amenities. This project houses the collection of wooden boats and celebrates the maritime history of Lake Tahoe. Challenges include saturated site conditions, an aggressive construction schedule, and tight project space conditions along with the difficulty of building at Lake Tahoe through a winter.     Borland International Campus Scotts Valley, CA 650,000 SF structural steel three and four story module buildings with basements requiring poured-in-place concrete walls up to 38' tall. The building skirts consisted of GFRC panels poured-in-place concrete walls and glass wall systems. Project also included the decontamination of six acre site requiring cleaning of 60,000 cubic yards of soil with excavation to 45' deep. Responsible for the sitework, shell and tenant improvements. Future tenants have access to fully operating kitchen, lab areas, offices and conference rooms.
