    Verizon Frisbee Campus San Jose, CA 623,142 SF interior tenant improvement for a new corporate campus built concurrently with the core/shell. The campus consists of a 576,892 SF 8-story office building, a 43,870 SF 2-story amenities building, and 2,380 SF single story welcome pavilion. The 8-story building includes conference rooms, open office areas, break areas and multi-purpose rooms. Specialty areas consists of a broadcast studio with dedicated server room, editing bays, audio visual “Experience” space with curved video walls and LED pulse wall, main server room equipped with hot aisle containment, CRAC units, security fencing and dedicated UPS room, 1st floor “Paseo” with game lounges, water feature, coffee bar, library, and music studio. The amenities building features a full cafeteria and kitchen with a fitness center, juice bar and health center upstairs, while the Welcome Pavilion functions as the campus entry check-in/lobby space.   • Stanford Northwest Data Center

    Stanford Northwest Data Center Stanford, CA This project included a design/build purpose built single story 9,200 SF CMU structure to house critical data processing (data center) and communications equipment (communications hub) and an emergency call center. The data center houses 96 server racks and associated network racks for critical systems. The communications hub houses 32 network racks and additional fiber distribution frames, and is part of a campus wide network of redundant hubs which are designed to remain functional after a major earthquake or similar event. The call center is a back-up facility to be used in the event the main call center is rendered inoperable. The site features two large plazas between the buildings consisting of 16 terraces including an open air bridge connecting the third levels of two of the buildings.     SCU Charney Hall Santa Clara, CA This project includes the construction of a 108,000 SF, 3-story structural steel building with a 10” suspended slab and auger cast pile foundation system. Project includes the Panelli courtroom which is named after The Justice Edward A. Panelli, five lecture halls, four classrooms, an advocacy classroom, and study rooms. The project also features conference rooms, a Dean’s suite, law library, over 50 offices for the professors, roof skylights, a café, roof terrace, law school lounge, and glass guardrails on second and third floor opening to floors below.
