Prologis Sage Point 8 Reno, NV Mass grading and site improvements on 12.5 acres with construction of a 259,740 SF, 32’ clear height, shell concrete tilt-up building, with a fire pump house including two diesel fired generators. Firehouse Square Apartments Belmont, CA Project consisting of demolition to a vacant firehouse building with the historic façade retained and incorporated into the exterior design of the apartment complex. The project features 96,835 SF construction of one 4-story wood framed (Type V-A) multifamily rental development consisting of 66 units over a single level below-grade concrete parking garage housing 47 vehicles. The residential community includes 18 studios, 12 one-bedroom units, 19 two-bedroom units, and 17 three-bedroom units. The project also includes a lobby, laundry room, community room, two property management offices, a resident services office within an extra amenity space programmed for adult classes, and an afterschool space for youth ages five to twelve years old. Finally, the development features an outdoor playground and approximately 458 SF of publicly accessible open space. St. Francis Sobrato Family Learning Commons Mountain View, CA This 23,500 SF project consists of a new library, student center, counseling offices, study rooms, student activities center, campus store, two new classrooms, and renovation of six existing classrooms. Project includes the demolition of approximately 10,000 SF of an existing building and the renovation/improvements of the remaining 5,800 SF that will be made a part of the new building. Due to needs of the school, project required an involved phasing plan allowing portions of the existing building to remain occupied during construction.
